• Managing your connections: connecting Zendesk and installing the Tracewell app there, and disconnecting.
• Connecting your repositories with read-only access: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Mapping customers to their version, plan and feature flags.
• Linking your knowledge base articles in Works as designed verdicts.
• Choosing the model account that runs investigations.
